• In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.

4. Refund Timeline

• UPI Refunds: 1-3 Business Days
• Bank Transfer Refunds: 3-7 Business Days
• Credit/Debit Card Refunds: As per bank processing timelines
• Actual refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

• Orders already dispatched from our warehouse.
• Products specially procured on customer request.
• Orders under investigation for payment disputes.
• Products damaged due to customer misuse after delivery.

6. How To Request Cancellation

• Contact our support team immediately after placing the order.
• Provide your Order ID and registered contact details.
• Our support team will verify the order status and confirm eligibility.
• If approved, the refund process will be initiated.
