Refund & Returns Policy

Eligibility For Returns

• Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included.
• Product should not be physically damaged due to customer misuse.
• Product serial numbers and warranty labels must remain intact.

Items Eligible For Return

• Wrong product delivered.
• Damaged product received during shipping.
• Manufacturing defect.
• Dead On Arrival (DOA) product.
• Missing accessories or incomplete package.

Items Not Eligible For Return

• Products damaged due to improper use.
• Products showing signs of physical damage after delivery.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Products with removed warranty stickers or labels.
• Consumable products already used.
• Custom ordered products.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

• UPI Payments: 1-3 Business Days
• Bank Transfer: 3-7 Business Days
• Credit/Debit Card: As per bank processing time

Replacement Policy

If a replacement is approved, MRST Shop will dispatch a replacement product after successful inspection of the returned item.

Return Shipping

• Customer must securely pack the product before return shipment.
• MRST Shop may arrange pickup depending on service availability.
• In certain cases, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
